What is the meaning for transistor codes
There are lots of transistors available in use. Commonly they made up with germanium and silicon. the transistor has two letters and three-digit numbers the first letter represents the material used in the particular transistor.

The first letter specifies            the Second letter denotes                       Numbers denoted for                                                                                                                            manufacture and industrial                                                                                                                                    purpose
